EFQM Certificate

Eurasian Open Institute has successfully passed the certification of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) for the EFQM Excellence Model and received a certificate of "Recognised for Excellence" (4 stars).

Level 4 star means that EOI has clear evidences of continuous improvement of its activities, which have been recognized by independent auditors and assesors of EFQM.

EFQM Excellence Model developed by the European Foundation for Quality Management and existed for more than 12 years. It is the basis of national awards for quality in the 21 country in Europe, including the Russian Federation Government Prize in the field of quality. EFQM is a generalized model of an ideal management system for organizations focused on sustainable development, customer satisfaction and competitiveness. The model is based on a philosophy of total quality management and quality production,on a systems approach to management that takes into account the interests of all parties - the organizations, consumers and society.

EFQM certificate means not only that the Eurasian Open Institute corresponds to the "Recognised for Excellence", but that in EOI there are tools that are widely used to identify the strengths of its management systems, tools for assessing the level of development relative to the reference level, and resources for the incessant improvement of all processes of the Institute.

As a result, certificate indicates that EOI is the organization that provides students and students high quality education and actively strives to improve the academic and administrative processes and the quality of education in general, focusing on the needs of students, faculty, staff and society.
