Activity of the President aimed at increasing of management efficiency of the Eurasian Open Institute, assistance to development of the EOI and expansion of representation functions.
- President is a part of academic council and institute administration
- President represents EOI in the country and in the foreign countries, takes part in assessment of the basic lines of activity of the Institute and realization of the concept of institute education
- Defines the basic directions of scientific work
- President submits for consideration to the Board of guardians a nominee for the Rector
- Submits for consideration to General meeting (conference) nominees of members of the Academic council of Institute
- Makes an offers in the Academic council on opening of new educational and scientific directions and specialities
- Carries out the general supervision for educational activity of the EOI
- Provides the Institute with information and methodical materials for its authorized activity
- Submits for consideration to the Academic council a nominee of the Scientific secretary of the Academic council
Isaev Sergei Nikolaevich
Rector directly supervises over Institute activity, organize its work and takes responsibility for executions of decisions of the Board of guardians, Academic council sessions, observance by workers of Institute of financial, labor and contractual discipline. Rector supervises over Administration of institute and he is the first deputy of the President of the Institute.
Board of guardians
It is supreme management body of the Institute.
- Maintenance of observance purposes of the Institute in which it is created

Assessment of priority lines of activity of Institute, principles of formation and using of its property

Approval of the Charter of the Institute, changes brought in it and additions;

Approval and withdrawal of members of the Academic council, election and the preschedule termination of authorities of the President of the Institute

Decision-making process concerning reception new members in the Board of guardians and withdrawal of members from Board of guardians

Academic council
Realizing the general administration of an educational policy and educational process of the Eurasian Open Institute.
General purpose of activity of the Academic council of Institute - is to unite efforts of administration, dean's offices, chairs, the faculty and state educational standards, concept of Institute education and the main directions of Institute, coordination of scientific-researching work and work on development of international contacts.
Institute administration
Executive and advisory-coordinating body at the Rector, execute an operational administration Institute activity.
Administration structure is defined by the Rector.
The administration provides the Rector, President and the Academic council of Institute with necessary information for development and decision-making process, prepares and considers projects of the decisions which are taken out on the Board of guardians of Institute.
