EOI has exclusive rights to all content of the given site.

EOI doesn't give to the user any property rights, both explicit, and implied, concerning any exclusive rights to result of intellectual activity or to individualization facilities.

It is not authorized to distort the materials of the site, during placing the news and articles on the EOI site it is necessary to save the original text.

Using the news and articles from the EOI site on corporate or advertizing sites without the written approval of administration of a site is forbidden.

If EOI will not be pleasant of your way of using the site content, you undertake to stop their usage under the first requirement.

Using of materials from the EOI site on other conditions or out of the Internet probably only from written resolution of administration of the site.

Current site can possibly contain the information about third parties sites. Links of the third parties sites are resulted on the given site only for convenience of users, and it doesn't mean that EOI approves the content of the given sites or bears for it responsibility. Switching on any other Internet resource connected to the given site, is carried out on fear and risk of the user because EOI doesn't check sites of other companies, doesn't control them and doesn't carry responsibility for their content, accuracy of the information, the data, sights, councils or the announcements made on these sites. EOI refers to other sites for convenience of the user, thus, EOI doesn't declare the approval and doesn't give any estimations of sites of other companies or the information containing on given sites, and also possible results of their usage. Responsibility for using the sites of other companies entirely lies down on the user.

4. To transfer materials to the third parties.

1. Link can conduct on the www.en.eoi.ru domain or on that page from which the user have copied materials (to the discretion of the user);
2. On each page of the user site where materials from the given site are allocated, there should be the active link to the current site;
3. Hyperlinks shouldn't be forbidden to an indexing retrieval systems (with the help "noindex", "nofollow" or any other methods);

User undertakes not to admit unapproved copying of materials.

EOI doesn't guarantee absence of viruses and other harmful elements of the code in loaded materials, but makes reasonable efforts for preventing of such cases.

Any links on the current site can be made only with the consent of the EOI, except  for links to search servers provided that on a site where the link to the current site is allocated, rules are following:

1. Creating link on the EOI information without the right to play back the information. Any playback of the information from the site probably only from written approval of EOI. It is forbidden to make impression that EOI supports the owner of a site or approves its production.
2. It is forbidden to result false information about EOI products and services.
3. EOI logo should be placed without distortions and-or changes.
4. It is forbidden to allocate the information which can be it is considered unpleasant, offensive, contradictory or contains age restrictions.
5. EOI can forbid creation of links on the current site at any moment, at own discretion.

EOI doesn't suffer responsibility for any damage which has arisen owing to usage, impossibility of usage or results of usage of the current site, any sites on which there are links to the given site. EOI doesn't guarantee accuracy or completeness text or the graphic information, links and other content of materials. EOI reserves the right to itself without the prior notification of users to make changes to materials.

User understands and agrees that uses current site, download or otherwise receives the information, materials from a site, is exceptional on the own risk. EOI doesn't carry responsibility for any indirect, direct, actual or indirect losses, including without restrictions the missed advantage or the losses which have resulted usage or impossibility of usage of materials, allocated on the given site, losses as a result of usage of reliability of the information even if EOI have been notified about possibility of similar losses.
